How can we do all this for free?
All mortgage brokers are paid a commission by the lender once your mortgage completes. Many firms also choose to charge an additional fee on top of this.
At Pear Tree Mortgage Advice, we don’t think you should pay more than you need to - especially when our job is to save you money. We have access to the same intermediary mortgage rates as fee-charging brokers, which means we can find you the same great deals, without passing on a hefty advice fee.
