At Pear Tree Mortgage Advice, you’ll work directly with Russell Partridge, an experienced mortgage adviser committed to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Before becoming a mortgage adviser, Russell spent seven years working as an estate agent, where he developed a deep understanding of the property market, buying and selling processes, and the challenges many buyers face. During this time, he realised that while estate agency is often sales and target-driven, what he truly enjoyed was helping people navigate the process and supporting them through important decisions.
That realisation led him to retrain as a mortgage adviser. After achieving his CeMAP qualification, Russell went on to gain several years of hands-on experience advising clients on mortgages, building a reputation for clear, honest advice and practical guidance.
He later founded Pear Tree Mortgage Advice to offer a more personal and supportive service. Running his own practice allows him to focus entirely on what matters most — giving clients the time, attention, and guidance they deserve.
Having worked closely with buyers, sellers, estate agents, and conveyancers, Russell understands how the entire property journey fits together. This enables him to anticipate potential hurdles, cut through the red tape, and keep things progressing smoothly for his clients.
